6/25/07 New horror fiction reviews for adults, teens, and kids

A host of new reviews this week. Bret Jordan reviews Tapestry of Dark Souls by Elaine Bergstrom in the adult Horror Adventure section. Francesca the Librarian reviews Cryptid Hunters by Roland Smith in the young adult Horror Adventure section.. The Angry Princess reviews The Island by Richard Laymon in the adult Human Horror section. Patricia reviews Rebirth by Scott McKenzie in the adult vampire section. I review Gary Braunbeck's Smiling Faces Sometimes and spotlight White Noise Press in the adult Something Different section. Finally, I review I See a Monster: A Touch And Feel Book by Laurie Young in the Scary Book for Kids section. Finally, we were mentioned in the Rue Morgue magazine's In the Roadkill form the Info Highway section in the June,2007 edition, it is noted in the Monstrous Sightings section. 6/15/07 Reviews of books with vampires, zombies, and cryptozoological monsters

Bret Jordan reviews D.L. Snell's zombie/vampire tale Roses of Blood on Barbwire in the Zombie section and the short story collection, Nobody from Dark Hart Press in the Something Different section. Rose Gordon reviews Poppy Z. Brite vampire book Lost Souls in the adult Vampire section. I review Jason Brannon's cryptozoological monster mash The Cage in the Killer Animal section. The Coming Horror Fiction Releases page has been updated with releases for July and August. There is a new horror book list, the Haunted House Fiction List, can be found in the Book Ends section. Finally, new author links have been added to the Links page.

6/5/07 New reviews for adults,y/a, and one for the kids

Bret Jordan reviews M.F. Korn's Rachmaninoff's Ghost and Swamp Witch Piquante & Scream Queen Bisque (Over a Bed of Rice) in the adult Supernatural section. I also review M.F. Korn's Skimming the Gumbo Nuclear. Two of Julie Kenner's books get reviewed with me reviewing the young adult vampire book Good Ghouls Do and Francesca the Librarian reviewing Carpe Demon: Adventures of a Demon- Hunting Soccer Mom. In addition, Bret Jordan reviews Gary Braunbeck's Destination Unknown in the Something Different section for adults. I add to this weeks update with reviews of Graphic Classics: H.P. Lovecraft edited by Tom Pomplun for the young adult Graphic Novels section, The Pandora's Box Trilogy: Book One: Into the Void by Adam Teachout in the newly created Horror Themed Adventure section for young adults, and Favorite Scary Stories of American Children by Richard and Judy Dockrey Young in the Scary Books for Kids section.
